We used to use Dignity baby wipes which had a very mild scent, had soft tissues. But because they did not come with a lid they were difficult to store. We then bought this product for the lid and for product innovation (bamboo based wipes). The wipes are very soft, given. But the scent is just horrible. It's like you're burning an incense everytime you open it. They've marketed this product saying how good the scent is, but trust me it's just too much even for an adult and you wouldn't want to have it near your child. The second biggest drawback of this product is its internal packaging. The wipes are so miserably organized that it'll take a miracle for you to take a single wipe out at a time (i.e. 3-4 wipes come out at a time no matter how carefully you pull). Because of such basic issues, I feel this is an outrageously overpriced product. The pricing is pathetic really (not just with Mama Earth but with some other brands also) since the price is only reasonable if you buy a pack of 3.
Product is nice, But delivery and customer service is unsatisfactory.
1st the packaging was damaged and one packet out of 3 was missing. Upon complaining they asked to return the order but agent told me he can't take 2 packs as he ws asked to verify and return 3.
After complaining again they asked me to sent package through courier even though they always pick up everything. Guess they just want to harass me for their own mistake.
The scent of tissue is too much and tissue are too wet. Main drawback is packaging of tissue, while removing one tissue 3-4 wipes come out at once.
Overly priced product considering it has major drawbacks. Little or Johnson are the best
Complete disaster wipes don't out individually but in a bunch. Wasted my cash on this rubbish . So rough too strong snell .. Stuck with this wipes.
Looks like a good product, scent and moisture is good, but very difficult to pull out one at a time, also the sticker to seal the packet might get worn out and dirty before the pack gets over
I have been using them since my baby was 3 months old. Absolutely love them. They are very soft, not so wet, no fragrance and biodegradable.
